That’s the reason why I like Mr. David’s writings. He does not resort to knee-jerk reactions but instead puts forward a well-nuanced view of societal phenomena.

Violence has been “normalized” in our society—from a recent President using killings to appear to try and solve the drug menace and the current Vice President live streaming her threat to have her President killed. School kids pick up on these signals from their supposed role models. Very sad.
