Seriously, a corporation that can’t manage well the procurement of toilet paper, for sure is not managing well the handling of its members’ billions of funds.

It proves my theory: the smaller the item, the greater the revelation of a government’s character. And this one appears to be full of hot air, poorly suited for wiping anything clean.
