Once the government is successful in the relocation of informal settlers occupying the banks of Pasig river, the other tasks can be accomplished a lot easier and with a certain degree of success.

Good to see 2 posts with suggestions on how to improve the Pasig river. So refreshing, instead of just criticisms. In another publication, Cito Beltran cited improvements he observed.
