The most satisfactory and acceptable scenario probably is jailing those guilty, recovering their loot and completing the projects. Political remedies are band-aids, never a cure.

I hope this is the start of Filipinos being sentient to good governance, transparent, honest government services (walang padulas or grease money, no middle men), proper implementation of rule of laws, respectful for the rights of other, no nepotism or palakasan and no wanton use of government funds.
