I still believe that the Philippines is safe. I live in Metro Manila. I never experienced any crime here. I was scammed abroad and duped by taxi drivers.

There is supposed to be one policeman per every 500 individuals. Where are they? They sit in their tents by the side of the road playing on their phones. Why are they not on patrol?
