Why did MMDA falter in flood control, since every mayor in the city does not want revenue losses from floods? Better yet, let the projects go to the mayors if the MMDA is inutile.

If there isn’t anything being done correctly, why don’t they ask the Netherlands for help? That country knows how to protect against flooding.
