Pure and simple, Jinggoy is guilty of thievery of public money by the millions. Threshold is irrelevant. The limit of Filipino politicians’ greed is limited only by what is available. AWA SA TAO is not a consideration at all.

It is not only about plunder. It is about a corrupt politician who pocketed people’s money. With this, he should be immediately kicked out from the Senate and put into a hot/cold jail. Period.

Believe it or not, corruption in the Philippines excels, a first-class one. The legislature took out the PDAF and replaced it with a similar scheme [labeled] as unprogrammed funds to the national budget, a creative style of dipping into the coffers.
