If thievery by high officials (too many to enumerate) can be tolerated by the courts, is it possible to do the cleansing below? If the courts tolerate them, then stealing becomes normal. This is precisely where we are.

No senator or congressman has even been convicted and booted out of public service for corruption, they are really good at hiding things, if ever they are convicted, they have deep pockets to work their way out of a get-out-of-jail-free card. Jinggoy is waving as well as Budots king Revilla.
