What about the in-between indigent and middle class. We could not apply for any even though I was laid off at the same time and PhilHealth had little to give in comparison to the cost. I am in a loan cycle which will last years, loan to pay a loan then another, and holding on to a low paying job for money flow which disappears after payday.
