Officials who believe that making light of challenging situations is already public service do not belong in government but in a circus.

Perhaps this is also why the public does not take announcements seriously, because of the lack of sensitivity, consideration, and urgency on the part of some officials … Ang matindi sa lahat, to be a government official making a “joke” from a place of privilege.
