Congress only knows “ayuda.” There’s no critical thinking among them, except maybe a few.

Sadly Sir, very few would understand this. Do you expect our congressmen understand basic economics? I think only Joey Salceda can and would but sadly, he is no longer part of the congress. They should stop focusing on demand – side policies but focus instead on supply – side policies specially in increasing agricultural production.
