Incompetence and corruption in leadership and agencies result in the population suffering. Don’t be surprised about the results. You get who you vote for. Corruption is systemic and not limited to the education department. You need at least two generations to build the morality and shift paradigms among the population. The voters need to understand you get who you vote for. Good luck Philippines.
