They need stand-alone facilities. From rainwater treatment, renewable energy sources, satellite internet for communications, medical, police, barangay detachments, business-related to marine resources. They need to be visited by the government for meetings and consultations, and report China’s incursions.

Have certain senators accompany the supply trip to Ayungin Shoal, to face the truth that China does not consider them worth anything, when their water cannons fire.
