The real scandal isn’t that Pogos still exist, but that after a total ban, large-scale operations allegedly involving hundreds of foreign nationals can still operate for so long before being discovered.

The LGU should also be investigated, I seriously doubt these Pogos were going on without anyone in the LGU knowing about it.

No mention of DILG in the editorial yet Pogo elimination is in its direct line of responsibility. Yes, regulation is by Pagcor but arrest and seizure is by DILG. Obviously, local police were desensitized!
