A couple of things … If there was an arrest warrant out on him, why [didn’t] the consul general arrest him? He was on Philippines territory at the time, and secondly, why has his PASSPORT NOT BEEN CANCELED??

The [gov’t] has tools to use against fugitive Harriet. Why isn’t the [gov’t] using these tools like canceling his passport ?
