We do not care for accurate technical words. All we see are the evil acts committed by Duterte and his minions and with all the damage that it has done and would happen. We want to see it stopped and attain justice regardless of the legal terms for them.

It does not preclude Sen. Bato’s bodyguards from defending him if an arrest is made in violation of his constitutional rights. Neither does it preclude the Senate OSA from doing the same. The crucial element here is that there is a pending decision that should have been fully promulgated on May 25.
