Sad to say, there is no clear rules or guidelines for people, much more senators who violated the constitution. What we have are anti-graft & corrupt practices laws that do not specifically apply to the abuses of the sitting senators.

Too bad that senators cannot be removed from office through impeachment. We just have to wait for the next elections.
