Same experience with the plates. I went to the LTOTRACKER, told me my plates were available and I could have it delivered after paying the delivery fee. That was July 2025. Still no plates arrived.

Took my DL way back in 1972. No medical exams, and renewal every five years is as simple as paying the fees (renewals are always on our birthdays). No medical, no nothing until upon getting to the magic 80 years old where DL is to be renewed every two years and upon passing the vision, and cognitive testing and review of past violations.
