Total POGO eradication is the goal but like all other goals, almost would be the best outcome. What is truly positively impactful is the decision to abolish it.

They can and will exist depending on the LGU and Barangay. Local police is controlled by the Mayor. SG should start there. Here in Parañaque, It was a boom town for POGOs, let’s see what a deeper probe can uncover.
