Let tradition prevail but not without respect for Standard Protocol. Anyway, what do Jinggoy, Marcoleta, and Joel Villanueva have in common–they are all trapo and have done nothing much for the country.

When it comes to public funds, accountability and transparency are the main ingredients of a tradition. How about a little respect to ordinary Filipino tax payers?
