Very well done—DOE, CA, SC. The public has the right to know the oil companies’ gimmick behind gasoline/Diesel/LPG price movements that DO NOT correspond to international price fluctuations. REAL transparency has arrived although it was a bit slow. Thank you!

Actually the objective of the oil deregulation law is to benefit the Filipino because of new players that might offer lower prices. But of course we cannot control the oil players’ connivance. So this law is useless and must be repealed immediately.
