Talk of the Town: United against impunity

Comment on “United against impunity,” (Social Climate by Mahar Mangahas, 3/28/25) via https://opinion.inquirer.net:

Duterte’s sins against the country and people exceeded all standards of impunity and are unforgivable even in the confessional. For him to suffer for it is a step in the right direction and the 2nd step, is for the government and the people take action to prevent a Duterte like catastrophe from ever happening again.
