Buti pa ang boots, they were made for walking, Philippine roads are not. I think mandating vehicle companies to install dash cams will mitigate both problems of reckless driving and undisciplined pedestrians.

Even if victims are forced to sign a waiver, it is the duty of the government that those drivers facing the criminal liability for reckless driving must not be allowed to get away with their crime
