What is the connection between the Davao model and the Davao Death Squad? The premise is that the Davao model was deemed legal by the Dutertes during their respective terms as mayor. Has anyone questioned its legality? Congress is currently investigating the legality/illegality of the EJKs committed on a national basis. Should Congress now expand further the investigation into the Davao model?

What about the death of a congressman or ex-congressman in La Union who was also on the narco list? Was he killed by a policeman too?
