Drawing inspiration from the iconic pine cone, WOW Architects designed a stunning and ingenious architecture for Bern, aimed at allowing residents to rediscover the charm of Baguio and live in sync with nature.
In particular, the design mimics organic curves and shapes in nature to create a connection between the built environment and surrounding pine forests. The four towers, each a masterpiece of flowing curves, are meanwhile a modern interpretation of Baguio’s rich landscapes.
In these towers, every unit will have thoughtfully designed floating balconies that will enable residents to enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains, as well as full height sliding doors that will bring in natural light and fresh mountain air. Interiors are equally spacious and flexible, with units ranging from 46 sqm to 101 sqm meters, offering plenty of room for personalization.
