It was an evening of great expectations and bold ambitions—an exhilarating preview of another unstoppable year for Ayala Land Estates.
On February 17, more than 250 brokers and in-house sellers of Ayala Land Estates gathered at the grand ballroom of Fairmont Makati to celebrate past wins and charge headfirst into 2025 with a resounding battle cry: “Elevate to Dominate”.
Every detail was a spectacle that fittingly set the bar for the night, which unfolded with inspiring messages from top Ayala Land officials, high-energy performances, well-deserved recognitions and incredible giveaways. Exclusive reveals and strategic insights into the company’s vision for 2025 further reinforced the drive to push boundaries.
Clearly, “Elevate to Dominate” is the mindset shaping the next chapter of Ayala Land Estates.

Exciting roadmap
Even the opening act—an aerial hoop show by the Pilipinas Got Talent 6 grand winner—proved to be an apt metaphor for this year’s sales rally, which culminated in a powerful call to action. That is, to surpass expectations and rise above the competition.
Building on that momentum, Ayala Land president and CEO Anna Ma. Margarita B. Dy took the stage, unveiling an exciting roadmap for the year ahead. In her speech, Dy gave a sneak peek into the upcoming activities and launches in six estates, which would be at the forefront of this year’s plans—Circuit Makati; Arca South in Taguig City; Nuvali in Laguna; Vermosa and Evo City in Cavite; and Alviera in Pampanga.

With expanded commercial hubs, enhanced accessibility through key infrastructure, and masterplanned communities primed for growth, the promise was clear—bigger and better opportunities, stronger sales, and consequently, more progressive urban centers.
“We don’t just build developments; we build fully-integrated, mixed-use estates at scale. Every component—residences, offices, retail hubs, and green spaces—is masterplanned to work together, creating vibrant communities where people can live, work, and thrive,” Dy said.

Energizing the crowd
Ayala Land Estates’ SVP and Group Head, Chris Maglanoc, Senior Estate Development and Sales Head, Mayi Rodriguez, and Broker Channel Head Deo Ignacio took turns in championing the vision, energizing the crowd, and shining a light on the numerous opportunities ahead.
Ignacio even excited the brokers and in-house sellers with commissions and incentives, all designed to reward their hard work with well-earned gratitude. At the same time, he reminded them of the bigger picture—that success goes beyond hitting targets as it’s also about creating a lasting impact.

“Our theme ‘Elevate to Dominate’ is not just a catchy phrase—it’s a mindset. It is a challenge to each one of us to rise above limits and reach new heights in both our personal and professional journeys,” Ignacio said.
“With new projects on the horizon, the opportunities are limitless. This year, we’ll focus not just on growth, but on shared prosperity, creating communities that thrive, and elevating the livability of our estates. This is how we differentiate ourselves—not just through what we offer, but through the impact we create,” he added.

Elevating the game
On top of these, Ayala Land Estates also recognized, as it does regularly, its top earners with prestigious awards and exclusive perks, while everyone else had a shot at the raffle, which featured exciting prizes, from luxury getaways to premium gadgets.
This year, though, Ayala Land Estates further elevated the game, which naturally sent the room into a happy frenzy. For the first time, it raffled off three packages of seven-night luxury cruises to the West Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Alaskan landscapes, with P200,000 cash to cover airfare and accommodation.
And to push that energy even further, Ayala Land Estates brought in a motivational coach, neurolinguistic programming expert Carelle Herrera, who kept crowd on their feet. Her advice was simple yet inspiring: she ignited the belief that success in sales is not just about strategy, but also about the right mindset.

Igniting the fire
From the opening act to the final toast, Ayala Land Estates’ sales rally was no doubt a relentless build-up of excitement and empowerment—with the goal of hitting sales records and more importantly, breaking barriers to elevate and dominate.
“Tonight wasn’t just about celebrating achievements—it was about igniting the fire for what’s next. Let us seize new opportunities, and redefine success—not just for ourselves but for the communities we help build. When we choose to elevate, we don’t just grow—we dominate.
