APMC wins Best Real Estate Property Management Award for second consecutive year

Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC), the property management arm of Ayala Land Inc., has once again been named Best Real Estate Property Management Company at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025, marking its second consecutive win.

The Dot Property Awards, one of Asia’s leading real estate award-giving bodies, honors outstanding developers, projects, and companies that demonstrate excellence, innovation, and sustainability in the property sector.

APMC president Tony Martin said the awards reflect the company’s unwavering commitment to service excellence and value creation.

“This recognition is a tribute to the dedication and teamwork of every APMCitizen,” Martin said. “More than day-to-day administration, our role is to enhance the living experience of residents, safeguard property assets, and manage entire estates and townships that support both families and businesses. Winning back-to-back affirms that owning an Ayala Land property comes with the assurance of professional management that not only safeguards long-term value but also upholds international standards and continuously elevates the way property management is delivered.”

APMC manages one of the country’s most extensive property portfolios, including over 150 residential developments (nearly 200 condominium buildings), 71 commercial properties, 36 masterplanned estates, and 20 carparks, covering a combined footprint of over 100 million sqm nationwide.

It combines operational excellence with community development to provide safe, secure, and well-managed environments for residents, tenants, and visitors.

Martin emphasized that APMC’s role extends beyond upkeep and maintenance.

“For us at APMC, managing properties is more than maintaining buildings. It is about nurturing joy, safety, and a sense of belonging for everyone who lives, works, and visits our communities,” he said.
