Ayala Land, ALLHC and AREIT honored with Golden Arrow Awards for excellence in corporate governance

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) has been recognized for its excellence in corporate governance, earning a 4-Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) based on the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS).

The recognition places the property giant among the top-performing Philippine publicly listed companies (PLCs).

ALI subsidiaries AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) and AREIT, Inc. also received 3-Golden Arrow Awards each at the 2025 ACGS Golden Arrow Awards Night held at Okada Manila.

Presented by the ICD, the Golden Arrow Awards honored companies that exemplify transparency, accountability, and sound management practices.

ALLHC chief finance officer Tristan De Guzman received the award for ALLHC at the ACGS Golden Arrow Awards.
AREIT head of Legal and chief compliance officer Atty. Ma. Florence Therese Martirez-Cruz received the award for AREIT at the ACGS Golden Arrow Awards.

The Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) serves as a key tool for assessing and ranking PLCs across six participating Asean member countries. This initiative, led by the Asean Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), seeks to elevate corporate governance standards and practices throughout the region.

The Golden Arrow distinction is given to companies that score at least 80 points in the ACGS assessment and demonstrate strong adherence to both the Philippine Code of Corporate Governance and internationally recognized best practices. There are five ascending levels of recognition, represented by the number of Golden Arrows awarded.

Through continuous alignment with regional and global standards, Ayala Land reaffirms its commitment to uphold the highest principles of corporate governance, earning consistent recognition through the ACGS over the years.
