Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) emerged as the highest ranked and only real estate developer to break into the Top 25 Most Valuable Filipino Brands 2025.

This recognition by Brand Finance, the world’s leading brand valuation consultancy, underlines the company’s strong market leadership, agile strategy, and brand resilience—driven by the strength of Ayala Land’s residential, retail, and sustainability-led offerings.

“Ayala Land’s achievement as the highest ranked property developer and the only real estate brand in the Top 25 marks a defining moment for the brand. Its sustained growth, underpinned by a diversified portfolio and strong financial performance, illustrates how real estate brands can move beyond asset ownership to become purpose-driven platforms that shape communities and create long term value,” said Alex Haigh, managing director of Brand Finance Asia Pacific.

Valuable residential brands

Ayala Land Premier, the property giant’s flagship luxury brand, ranked 40th overall and stood out across several key categories.

It claimed the 8th spot in terms of its Brand Strength Index (BSI) score—making it the only real estate brand in the Top 10, with an impressive score of 86.3. It also placed 9th among the fastest growing brands, and was cited as one of the country’s Top 10 Sustainability Perceptions Leaders, a nod to Ayala Land’s long standing commitment to sustainable development.

Avida, which caters to the mid-income market, came in at 47th, backed by a 25.8 percent growth in brand value—an indicator of solid momentum and consumer confidence. Alveo, targeting the upscale urban segment, made a strong entry at No. 49.

The presence of all three residential brands in the PH50 list highlights Ayala Land’s breadth across market segments, and its consistent ability to grow, evolve, and lead in a fast moving landscape.

“To be the only real estate company in the Top 25 isn’t just a measure of brand equity—it reflects our clear strategy, steady execution, the trust we’ve built with our customers,” said Hans Lopez-Vito, head of Brand Experience and Brand Strategy for Residential, Estates, and Corporate.

“Having Ayala Land Premier, Avida, and Alveo recognized among the country’s most valuable brands validates our ability to deliver quality homes and meaningful communities across different segments with lasting value,” Lopez-Vito added.

Brand Finance’s recognition also coincides with Ayala Land’s bold initiatives across its core businesses.

In the retail space, Ayala Malls is in the midst of a multi-year reinvention. Enhancements include open-air leisure spaces, a thoughtfully curated mix of options, and integrated digital features designed to serve not only shoppers but also residents, office workers, and travelers within Ayala Land estates.

In hospitality, Ayala Land is doubling down on investments—upgrading its resort portfolio under the Seda and El Nido brands, and bringing in new hospitality concepts aligned with the country’s tourism resurgence and demand for experiential stays.
