Rather than creating a single monolithic structure, PXP Design Workshop’s co-founders and principal architects Patrick Espiritu and Spencer Sy designed the Enara clubhouse as three separate buildings–the Residents’ Lounge, the Social Hall, and the Multipurpose Court.
Each building is dedicated to a different aspect of daily life, creating a resort-inspired environment that remains deeply connected to its lush environment. The three structures will be connected by a generous open plaza where neighbors can also gather.
The clubhouse was designed in PXP Design Workshop’s signature biophilic style to take full advantage of the views and microclimate of Enara’s quiet elevation, centering the clubhouse experience on its distinct surroundings.
By leaning into Enara’s landscape, Ayala Land responds to the growing preference among homebuyers for eco-conscious designs and wellness-oriented environments that give residents access to nature and encourage outdoor activity, social interaction, and everyday well-being. Once the Enara clubhouse is completed, homeowners and residents can look forward to these amenities and to creating community on their own terms.
