Betting big on the ‘Rising South’

Ayala Land is redefining modern community living in the Philippines, helping drive the rapid development of the country’s Southern corridor through its flagship eco-city, Nuvali.

Spanning vast landscapes, this masterplanned estate has officially become the first in the Philippines to receive a 5-Star BERDE Certification under the District Category, setting a new benchmark for sustainable township development. This milestone reflects Nuvali’s focus on ecological preservation, economic vitality, and quality of life for residents and businesses alike.

Today, growth continues to accelerate across the estate. The Civic District at Metro Nuvali, for example, will soon feature the Nuvali Parish Church and a satellite city hall for the local government of Santa Rosa.

Sustainability and community life in action

Nuvali’s environmental stewardship shines through its ongoing initiatives, including the continued care of its koi population as well as partnerships with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) for aquatic ecosystem management, and Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC) for tree-planting drives.

The estate is also improving its public spaces and infrastructure, with wider pedestrian paths, expanded public areas, new playgrounds, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, a refreshed transport terminal, and better connectivity to the upcoming regional mall.

Community spirit thrives here. Residents and visitors can spend weekends at the Weekend Market and Nuvali Sand Courts, while lake boating has returned. Upcoming activities include the Nuvali Sunset Run at Central Bloc. A Science Museum is meanwhile set to open, adding another family-friendly destination to the estate.

A new era of retail, business, and hospitality

Excitement reaches a fever pitch in the last quarter of the year with the grand opening of Ayala Malls’ new regional mall, which will introduce top tier brands including Anko, Nitori, REV, Foot Locker, ABC Mart, Yabu, Chili’s, Harlan + Holden, The Matcha Tokyo, Belo, The Spa, and One World Deli.

Central Bloc is similarly expanding its retail offerings with the opening of MerryMart and The Shops, a retail strip featuring specialty dining, local cafés, and wellness clinics.
