Le Pont Residences continues to stand out with its impressive sales momentum, a prestigious green certification, and the highly anticipated launch of its second and final tower.

In a recent press briefing, officials of RLC Residences unveiled Tower 2 of what they claimed as “the fastest selling property” within the 31-hectare Bridgetowne Destination Estate, reflecting strong market demand and investor confidence.

“We are proud to share that Le Pont Residences is actually the fastest selling property in the area since we launched the first building last year,” said John Richard Sotelo, SVP and Business Unit general manager of RLC Residences.

“Tower 1 is almost 90 percent sold. We expect Tower 2 to hit roughly the same sales velocity at approximately the same time. So that’s about 18 months’ worth. It speaks really well of the continued strength of the premium market,” he added at the briefing.

According to Sotelo, the net value has already appreciated by 8 percent 18 months since the launch of Le Pont Residences’ first tower—faster than what they had anticipated. Current prices stood at P310,000 per sqm compared to the initial launch price of P286,000 per sqm. This performance, he said, outpaced the government’s 10-year tenor of 6.5 percent.

EDGE-certified

As company officials showcased the project’s unique features that include expansive living spaces and elevated amenities, they proudly announced as well that Le Pont Residences has secured an EDGE certification from the International Finance Corp. (IFC). This green building certification system is focused on making buildings more resource-efficient.

“We are the first property here with an EDGE certification,” said Stephanie Anne Go, VP and Business Development and Design head at RLC Residences.This, Go explained, will be reflected in the design and details of Le Pont Residences. She cited, for instance, the larger windows that were specifically designed to maximize natural lighting and ventilation. The fixtures installed throughout the property are not only energy-efficient but also water-saving, underscoring the company’s commitment to create a healthier living environment.

All units in Tower 2 will also come with smart home deliverables for additional safety and convenience, as well as loggias that would serve as extensions of their living spaces.

It’s worth noting that a distinct addition to the second tower are the new unit cuts. From one- to three-bedroom units to bi-level penthouse options in Tower 1, RLC Residences now offers executive one-bedroom and four-bedroom unit options in Tower 2 to provide more options to potential buyers who wish to experience comfortable living while maximizing space and functionality.

Hypersized amenities

This sustainability thrust will also be reflected in Le Pont Residences’ “hypersized” amenities, which were designed with the well-being of the community in mind.

These include the clubhouse, infinity and wading pools, fitness center, pet park, game simulator, and work lounges, situated on multiple floors within the development. On the top floor is Altitude 51, where exclusive function villas and the Sky Lounge will soon be made available for private events and celebrations.

Even actress and fashion icon Heart Evangelista gushed over the exceptional amenities to be offered at Le Pont Residences.
