Building the future through real estate excellence

As I look around this room, I see leaders who have shaped the skylines of our cities—leaders who have contributed to the growth of our economy and leaders who have built opportunities for families to live in their dream homes.
From developers to financial institutions, and from policymakers to brokers, you all have played a pivotal role in driving the industry forward.
Did you know, the people in this room today are currently building or recently finished over 400,000 residential units, which will house approximately 1.6 million Filipinos? Each of you has contributed to making the dream of homeownership a reality.

And that’s why events like tonight are so important. They allow us to come together, share insights, and build the partnerships necessary to shape the future of our industry.
