Capitol Commons: There’s always a place for everyone

In a larger-than-life mall like Estancia, there’s a place for everyone.

Diverse experiences make it a landmark at Capitol Commons—the reason why thousands visit this Ortigas Land township in Pasig City every day, and residences nearby are considered conveniently located.

Estancia Mall is an aesthetic mall, apparent from the structure that houses it down to the layout and the décor. But there is more to this mall than meets the eye because it hosts beloved brands in dining, shopping, beauty and wellness, entertainment, services, and so many more. Everything you need is within reach, for you to enjoy in style.

Fill your cup, all day

Day-to-night does not just apply to clothes and looks. It’s also for drinks, says Southbank Café + Lounge (@southbankcafelounge), an independent café and cocktail bar at Estancia Mall. For those who want a caffeine kick, there’s coffee made with quality beans and top-tier equipment. If you prefer alcohol, perhaps to blow off steam, the place carries wine, gin, whisky and cocktails. You can even make your very own concoctions! Southbank Café + Lounge is just one of many spots for drinks at Estancia Mall.

It’s never wrong to add a conversation piece to your home. If you want that item—or two—to be proudly Filipino, shop at Gallery Genesis (@gallerygenesis) in Estancia. The brand was established in 1981 by Araceli “Chichi” Salas, a respected art collector.

Enjoy food and stories

Estancia knows all too well how Filipinos love salu-salo, evident in the dozens and dozens of restaurants that bring flavors of the country and the world to one mecca of a mall. One brand, Alba Restaurante Español, gives you an authentic experience of Spanish gastronomy.

Alba Restaurante Español

The “Home of Traditional Spanish Cooking” in Manila was established in 1952 by Señor Anastacio de Alba, whose roots can be traced back to Avila, Spain. Señor Alba and his son, Chef Miguel, continue to show their passion for Spanish cooking with every plate. Oh, foodies’ mouths water and eyes sparkle just thinking about a visit to Estancia.
