Communities built for coveted premier family living experience
Since it burst into the Philippine property scene in 2014, it has delivered thousands of high-quality forever homes.
When they pose for family photos, Ovialand homeowners proudly use their homes as backdrops.
Beyond being well-built and aesthetic, Ovialand homes are, after all, realizations of their dream to have a house they can call their own. That it’s of good quality in a secure and gated community further allows them to truly take pride in this investment they can pass on to their children.
Refreshing disruptor
Indeed, Ovialand provides a refreshing disruptor in its pioneering “premium affordable” offerings. That’s exactly why the company can claim to be fast-growing. Since it burst into the scene in 2014, it has delivered thousands of forever homes.
Homes brought to the market by Ovialand are sturdy because they are made of solid concrete. But they aren’t just durable shells. In the details, you will also find evidence of both skilled work and thoughtful design.
Units have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, even carports and balconies. Each space comes with well-placed windows. Even the tiling is exemplary as it is sourced from Dexterton, trusted for high quality floorings and more.
The rest of the village reveals a cohesive design motif and amenities that pave the way for a vibrant, family-centered community.
If you visit the Ovialand office or showroom, and end up buying a place, you could move there in six months’ time or less. That is possible because of a streamlined process hinged on a proprietary precast technology.

Premium family living
Those assurances are built into the corporate culture at Ovialand. It touts a “premium family living” guarantee with three pillars: premier homes, premier communities and premier service.
A good portfolio leaves observers confident that Ovialand can easily accomplish its goal of becoming a national player by 2030. The company hopes to widen its coverage from the current Laguna, Batangas, Quezon and Bulacan; and increase its building capacity to about 2,000 units yearly from the current 800.
Partnership
Ovialand’s performance rightfully caught the attention of one of Japan’s top developers, offering capital and expertise. Aside from the testimonies of many happy and satisfied clients, this should say something about the quality of Ovialand homes.
In January 2024, Ovialand and Takara Leben Co. Ltd. announced their partnership, which is looking to roll out an initial five projects over three years, starting off with Savana South, a 6.5-ha community in Laguna. The development will build 657 homes.
Takara Leben is the fifth largest producer of condominiums in Japan. Seeking to grow in Southeast Asia, it is also present in Vietnam and Thailand.
In an interview during the partnership launch, Takara Leben director Hiroshi Iwamoto revealed that in the region, the Japanese firm partnered only with developers “that have differentiated themselves from competitors and are yet to fully realize their potential.”
“Ovialand fulfills this criteria through their rapid turnover of high-quality and affordable homes to clients and their ambitious goals of expanding nationwide,” he had said.
