Crafting exceptional lifestyles in these iconic residences

Premium residences are increasingly commanding attention nowadays.

With their advanced features and premium amenities, they not only inspire admiration but also often influence buyer preferences. Two examples are Haraya Residences in Bridgetowne Destination Estate and Aurelia Residences in Bonifacio Global City—now among the most talked-about premium addresses in Metro Manila.

And why now? These two residential developments, made possible by a joint venture between respected developers Shang Properties Inc. and Robinsons Land Corp., have been challenging the norms and pushing boundaries in their quest to offer the best living experiences.

Distinct identities

The 52-story Aurelia Residences is billed as “the art of elegance,” while the 57-story Haraya Residences is positioned as a “vertical gated village for the modern era.” These offer insights into the lengths that both property developers went to, crafting distinct identities that ensure these projects stand out in the upscale residential market.

Aurelia is a play on words “aureus,” the Latin root word for gold, and “aura,” the distinctive quality surrounding a person, thing or place. Expect Aurelia Residences to evoke unparalleled elegance from its design to the smallest details. Its 285 bespoke units provide unique vistas owing to the three-petal design of the tower.

Haraya Residences, named after the old Filipino word for imagination, is a reinterpretation of vertical residences as though your typical gated village. Its efforts have resulted in a new address with 558 well-appointed units, providing a sense of privacy, freedom and community.

Indoor amenities at Haraya include a veranda, tea room, studio, library, game room and gym.

Powerhouse cast

The ambitious visions were realized because of a powerhouse cast of national and international talents, from the most skilled artisans to the most gifted designers. You wouldn’t expect anything less from two well-known developers, each with sterling track records and reputations to uphold.

For Haraya Residences, the conceptual architect is Skidmore Owings & Merrill, LLP, an influential architecture, interior design engineering and urban planning firm. FM Architettura d’Interni is the conceptual interior designer. It is known for its holistic and thoughtful approach to design—one it has employed to deliver beautiful superyachts, mansions and hotels.

FM Architettura is also the conceptual interior designer for Haraya Residences, while the conceptual architect is P&T Group, another heavyweight in the industry. P&T Group is the oldest and largest international architectural engineering group in Southeast Asia.
