Damosa Land steps into the spotlight with multiple PropertyGuru wins

Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) continues to build up its position as a dominant force in both residential and industrial development.
The leading homegrown real estate developer in Mindanao bagged the Best Boutique Developer award, among other honors, at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The recognitions mark a significant milestone for the Davao-based firm as it continues to elevate regional real estate to national prominence.

Growing influence
The 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards brought to the fore the growing influence of developers beyond Metro Manila.
“The market has expanded and diversified,” said Jules Kay, managing director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. “Emerging destinations like Visayas and Mindanao are now leading the charge.”
Chairperson Cyndy Tan Jarabata also highlighted that developers embracing innovation and sustainability—while remaining rooted in cultural identity—are playing a vital role in shaping smarter, greener and more livable communities across the Philippines.

Award-winning projects
Damosa Land’s Kahi Estates took home Best Biophilic Landscape Design and Best Sub Division Development.
Designed to promote wellness and sustainability, this agri-residential enclave integrates over 100 trees and vegetable plots in each lot. It has eco-friendly systems such as pervious pavers, rainwater catchments and underground utilities, reflecting a future-forward model of subdivision living.
Agriya Gardens was awarded both Best Housing Development (Metro Davao) and Best Housing Development (Philippines).
The subdivision, rising within the 88-ha masterplanned Agriya township in Panabo City, features California Mission-style architecture. This green residential development is built with permeable pavers, a detention pond, a one-kilometer linear park and solar-powered streetlights. A community farm is also meant to encourage residents to make eco-conscious living part of their everyday routine.
Bridgeport Park, located in the Garden City of Samal, was meanwhile awarded Best Waterfront Condominium Development. The four-building property blends Atlantic-inspired coastal charm with resort-style amenities, including a forest park and the island’s longest linear pool, plus sweeping views of Davao Gulf, the city skyline and Mt. Apo.
Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE), Mindanao’s premier agro-industrial hub, earned a Highly Commended recognition for Best Industrial Development. The 63-ha industrial special economic zone—located between major economic hubs of Davao City and Tagum City—continues to attract investors while generating local employment and driving regional growth.

Future-ready communities
“These awards are a celebration of our vision to create future-ready communities where sustainability is not a feature but a foundation,” said Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo, president of Damosa Land. “We dedicate this recognition to our partners, stakeholders, and the communities who continue to inspire us to build better and more meaningfully across Mindanao.”
Damosa Land has also long been a champion of sustainability—even before it became an industry trend. The company’s developments, from residential estates to industrial zones, are rooted in a unified purpose: to build communities that are future-ready, resilient and inclusive.
“Every project we build is a reflection of our promise to push progress forward with the next generation in mind, while remaining anchored in the values and culture of our region,” said Lagdameo. “We hope that as we continue to grow, more of the country sees what Mindanao has to offer—not just in beauty, but in opportunity.”
