This is just one of the recognitions that SLRDI has received from DSHUD. In 2021, SLRDI received the DSHUD Award for Gawad Husay sa Pagpapaunlad ng Real Estate and an Outstanding Developer Award for its open market projects. These citations emphasized the developer’s support for the government’s efforts to build a dignifying home for every Filipino.

National Shelter Month

The summit was in celebration of the National Shelter Month.

Today, the housing backlog is pegged at 6.5 million units. The current administration’s 4PH or Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino aims to build 1 million housing units yearly until 2028.

The Sta. Lucia Group, of which SLRDI is part, boasts a diverse portfolio of projects. Operating for over 50 years now, it has developed more than 300 projects covering over 12,000 hectares of land across 10 regions and 15 provinces. That breadth includes CAR.
