Discover, shop and celebrate at Sta. Lucia Mall

The malls we are most fond of are those attached to memories we cherish. They intertwine with our firsts, our favorites, and more.

Filipinos love to hang out in malls in general—a big reason why the mall culture hasn’t perished here the way it has elsewhere in the world. But those that truly leave a mark in our hearts intentionally compel us to return for memories of self-discovery, family bonding and community-building.

Special events

Exactly those reasons—exciting deals, fun activities, and engaging events, among others—make Sta. Lucia Mall in Cainta, Rizal one of the most prominent malls in Rizal province. And the month of May was no exception.

Mom’s special event. On May 11, Sta. Lucia Mall celebrated Mother’s Day with the rest of the world. The mall went the arty route with “Creative Tote: A Mothers’ Day Special Program.”

Participants, young and old, gathered on a Sunday afternoon to express their love to their moms with handpainted tote bags. To join, they just had to secure a minimum of P500 in single- or multiple-receipt transactions with any of the tenants. The event was in partnership with Madrid, one of the towers comprising Sta. Lucia Residenze.

Grand, lively procession. Sagala, characters playing roles in the Santacruzan, took over Sta. Lucia Mall during a much awaited event on May 18.

Continuing an annual observance, the mall hosted “Queen Sagalahan.” The pompous event saw members of the LGBTIQ+ community gracefully walking across the Entertainment Center. They showed off their extravagant outfits inspired by the titular queens of the traditional Santacruzan, accompanied by dashing escorts and a marching band.

Expression of gratitude. Commemorating 34 years in the retail industry, Sta. Lucia Mall delighted its patrons with a mall-wide sale from May 16 to 18. Great deals, including discounts of up to 50 percent, awaited customers.

The event was a perfect opportunity to stock up on supplies for home, work and school, even for the rainy season. It was Sta. Lucia Mall’s way of thanking its customers, the real reason it has stood the test of time and continued to be a top retail destination east of Metro Manila.

More events are scheduled for the rest of the year, making sure that unforgettable moments will continue to unfold for everyone visiting Sta. Lucia Mall in 2025. Among others, Sta. Lucia Mall will soon begin applications for the “Get Up and Dance” hip-hop competition and hold the annual “Generation East Model Search 2025” for young aspiring models.
