Experience holiday joy at Met Park’s festive estate

Amy Remo

Met Park has officially unlocked a season of joy, warmth, and wonder as it recently lit up its grand Christmas tree at the Blue Bay Walk in Pasay City.

Ushering in a string of heartwarming holiday festivities that promise something for everyone, Met Park creates a spectacular experience that feels like a little world of holiday magic—with its tree lighting, Christmas market, expos, adventure park, new sports center, and more.

Symbol of joy, togetherness

As the countdown to the tree lighting began last November 8, guests felt the glow of holiday cheer as they were regaled by live performances from Coro Jesu, the renowned choir of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the beloved vocal ensemble, The Company. As the Christmas tree was finally lit, bursts of gold and red confetti, along with festive holiday tunes, casted a warm glow over Met Park—a breathtaking moment that marked the start of a wonderful season.

“This ceremony is more than just the lighting of a tree—it’s a symbol of joy, togetherness, and hope for the season ahead. As the lights shine brightly, they remind us of the warmth and unity that this season brings—a time to celebrate with family, friends, and our community,” said Charmaine Bauzon, Commercial Business Group head of Federal Land Inc.

“As we kick off this wonderful season, we’re excited to share that there are many more festive surprises waiting for you in the coming days! From holiday markets brimming with unique finds to family-friendly activities and delightful performances, there will be something for everyone to enjoy as we bring the magic of Christmas to life right here at Blue Bay Walk,” Bauzon added.

The heart of the holidays

From November 22 until January 5, The Met Park Christmas market takes over the park every weekend, offering festive treats, artisanal gifts, and unique workshops like rug tufting and wreath-making. The market invites visitors to stroll, savor the holiday flavors, and enjoy the sights and sounds of a classic Christmas market experience, while shoppers can take advantage of payday promotions and free gift wrapping services for a minimum purchase.

The Inflatable Adventure Park, located in The Garden at Blue Bay Walk, will be the largest of its kind in the country. This sprawling, colorful playground will be a wonderland of giant inflatables and obstacle courses, ideal for energetic kids and adults alike looking for a fun, active holiday escape.

Simultaneously, the Met Park Sports Center will also open its doors, offering a 3,000-sqm indoor space with basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts. This state-of-the-art facility brings together fitness, fun, and even a variety of food and retail options to make it a go-to hub for holiday hangouts and New Year fitness goals.
