Federal Land celebrates a year of triumphs in 2024
It has been a banner year for Federal Land Inc., earning prestigious awards that rightfully reflect its credibility, innovation, and leadership in the industry.
In 2024, seven prominent award-giving bodies recognized the property arm of GT Capital Holdings Inc. with a total of 29 wins and 11 commendations, cementing anew its reputation as one of the leading players in Philippine real estate. These accolades—spanning categories from luxury developments, architectural excellence to masterplanned townships—prove that Federal Land is indeed a strong force to reckon with as it builds residences and communities that align with the needs, tastes and preferences of the contemporary market.
A winning year
At the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Finals held in Bangkok last December, Federal Land was named Best Luxury Developer, while its 600-ha Riverpark in Cavite was recognized as Best Township Development.
The Estate Makati, Federal Land’s joint project with SM Development Corp., also reaped two major awards namely Best Ultra-Luxury Condo Development and Best Condo Development. MITSUKOSHI BGC won Best Retail Architecture Design while Federal Land NRE Global Inc., the company’s joint venture with Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. was honored as the Best Breakthrough Developer.
At the local leg of the PropertyGuru Awards, Federal Land bagged major plums as well including Best Luxury Developer; Best Township Development and Best Township Masterplan Design for for Riverpark; Best Retail Architectural Design for MITSUKOSHI BGC; Best Luxury Condo Development for The Seasons Residences; Best Ultra-luxury Condo Development and Best Condo Development for The Estate Makati; Best Breakthrough Developer for Federal Land NRE Global Inc.; and Best Subdivision Development for Yume at Riverpark.
Besides these, Federal Land also received Highly Commended citations under several other categories, for both the Philippine and Asia editions.
More recognitions, accolades
Federal Land also emerged victorious at the Dot Property Philippines Awards, where Riverpark was awarded as Best Integrated Township Development, while Grand Hyatt Manila Residences was named Best High-End Lifestyle Condominium Development. Quantum Residences was also recognized as Best Starter Home Condominium Development.
At the Real Estate Asia Awards 2024, Grand Hyatt Manila Residences stood out as the Luxury Residential Development of the Year-Philippines, along with MITSUKOSHI BGC as Retail Development of the Year- Philippines. Federal Land was also named one of the Top 10 developers at the BCI Asia Awards 2024.
Federal Land continued to impress judges at The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards, where it garnered multiple wins and citations as well. The Seasons Residences, for example was named Best Premium Condo of the Year 2024 (Luzon).
Its exceptional performance was on full display at the Carousell Property Awards, where it garnered accolades across categories. Riverpark claimed Best Masterplanned Township Design, while Marco Polo Residences was recognized as Best Value for Investment in Cebu. The Seasons Residences earned the title of Best Mixed-Use Development, and Mitsukoshi BGC was honored for Best Commercial Design. Other
notable wins included Best Condo Design for The Grand Midori Ortigas; Best Affordable Condominium for
Siena Towers; and Best Family Condo Development for Palm Beach West.
