Two trusted builders have forged a partnership that will rein in an exciting new chapter for Vista Verde Residential Estates in Tayabas City, Quezon province.
Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. (SLRDI), through its exclusive marketing arm Orchard Property Marketing Corp. (OPMC), and Prominence Properties Inc. (PPI) entered into an agreement to build an initial 36 new house and lot units within Vista Verde Residential Estates. This was in response to the demand in the local real estate market for this specific type of development.
The contract signing ceremony was led by PPI president John Paul T. Dy, SLRDI vice president for Sales Mariza Santos-Tan, OPMC executive vice president Anthony Thomas P. Tirona and OPMC senior vice president Antonio D. Robles.
Property titan Sta. Lucia Group brings to the partnership its over five decades of experience and expertise in the real estate industry, evident in its impressive portfolio of more than 300 residential, commercial and leisure projects across 10 regions and 15 provinces.
PPI, meanwhile, brings with it wisdom from nearly three decades of work providing decent and affordable homes. Its accomplishments include condominium and house-and-lot units in Mandaluyong City, and the provinces of Bulacan and Cavite. Some of its products were built through joint ventures, proof that it already knows how to synergistically work with other brands to deliver ideal addresses.
OPMC also contributes nearly three decades of work as the exclusive marketing agency handling Vista Verde Tayabas and over 50 other projects nationwide.
