Giving luxury a distinctly Filipino feel
My philosophy for Gardencourt Residences is rooted in the belief that true luxury is not simply defined by how a space looks, but by how it makes people feel.
I wanted to create an environment that moves beyond the traditional definition of luxury residential living to foster a genuine sense of belonging—refined yet deeply personal.

Emotional connection
At Gardencourt Residences, I wanted to establish an emotional connection between people and spaces, blending the lines between architecture and interior design.
Every material used needed to have a local and cultural reference to ensure that the development offers an authentic, elevated and sophisticated residential experience, with homes and amenities that stand out from other communities.

For this residential development by Ayala Land Premier, I reimagined luxury living through a thoughtful balance of architecture, nature, art and contemporary lifestyles.
Designed to offer a refined residential experience, this development celebrates a quieter, more enduring interpretation of luxury—one defined not just by beautiful aesthetics, but by how spaces make people feel and live.

Design approach
Our design approach was to create an effortless relationship between architecture and landscape, blending the line that separates spaces.
From the welcoming open air garden lobby to the elevated, breathtaking sky lounge and shared amenity spaces, every environment has been carefully considered to establish a cohesive design language that both celebrates and elevates Philippine culture, with local art and craftsmanship woven throughout the interiors.

Local culture
An essential element of the design narrative is the integration of local culture through the curation of materials, textures, art and accessories that are authentically homegrown and styled with intention.

I have a personal connection to the wider community, and my commitment to reflect authentic, original luxury interiors is an essential part of my company’s DNA. This is especially true of Gardencourt Residences, a development I believe is unlike any other.
