Hann Reserve: The ultimate eco-luxury sanctuary

Amy Remo

Responsible luxury that redefines leisure lifestyles await at Hann Reserve.

Just a 15-minute drive from the Clark Freeport Zone, the expansive 450-hectare leisure resort development will allow guests and future residents to indulge in opulence and recreation amid idyllic settings.

Expect to find many “firsts” in the region and the Philippines, alongside globally renowned names in this mixed-use luxury playground—all of which are set to cater to the increasingly discerning preferences of locals and tourists alike. Beyond being a destination, Hann Reserve is truly an experience waiting to unfold.

Here’s why Hann Reserve is poised to become the ultimate eco-sanctuary playground in New Clark City.

Banyan Tree

Inspired by the banyan tree, a sacred refuge for travelers in Asian villages for thousands of years, Banyan Group was founded in 1994 as a pioneer in naturally luxurious and ecologically sensitive hospitality. Known for its pioneering spirit, design-led experiences, and commitment to responsible stewardship, Banyan Group manages over 70 hotels and resorts, 60+ spas and galleries, and 14 branded residences across 20+ countries.

Banyan Tree New Clark City

With 12 distinct global brands, including the flagship Banyan Tree, it is renowned for offering nature-immersed sanctuaries that rejuvenate mind, body, and soul in awe-inspiring locations.

Soon, New Clark City will also be home to the award-winning Banyan Tree hotel and residences, which will feature 56 upscale pool villas with sun decks, a Thai restaurant, a spa, event spaces, a central swimming pool, and a health club, among others. This ultra luxe leisure destination, which broke ground in December last year, is set to open in 2026.

PGA-affiliated championship golf courses

Hann Reserve will mark another milestone as it will also feature the Philippines’ first PGA-affiliated player development facilities, which would complement the three world-class, 18-hole championship golf courses that will rise here.
