It’s the ‘foundation’ that spells the difference for TLDC

Premium real estate developer Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) cemented its foothold in Loyola Heights with its first concrete pouring ceremony for Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola.

“I know we had the groundbreaking some months ago, but now we have the pouring. This is actually the better event because now… you can’t move it out,” said TLDC chair and president Tomas P. Lorenzo during the event held last month. “Whenever you put [the first pour], that’s the foundation.”

“It’s the least that people think about. But in reality, a foundation is very important because it holds up everything, and that’s why we’re careful when we do our foundations. Whether in Manila, Quezon City, Lipa or Davao, we do it correctly,” Lorenzo added.

Most exclusive

Indeed, TLDC should exercise extra rigor in laying the foundations for the third and final component of its Torre Lorenzo Loyola development, following the hugely successful East Tower and the in-demand West Tower.

The Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola is set to be the most exclusive of the three—so exclusive that “we will not have [anything like it in our inventory] for some time,” added Lorenzo.

And it’s easy to see why: The project heralds unparalleled privacy and elegance. Gallery at Torre Lorenzo Loyola offers only 36 bespoke two- and three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 67.2 sqm to 100.9 sqm, across nine floors. All units feature sizable kitchens, large windows and premium finishes.

The amenities further elevate the living experience. Residents may work out in the swimming pool or the fitness center, or hang out at the pet-friendly sky lounge, meeting room and residents’ lounge. The project comes with provisions for electric vehicle charging stations. Property management will ensure longevity and increased value for investors.

Delivering a commitment

“This ceremonial first concrete pouring signifies that we are on track and schedule to deliver our commitment to our clients,” said TLDC CEO Cathy Casares-Ko. “We are happy to see the strong demand for our Torre Lorenzo Loyola projects in this area with investors who value quality and luxury.”‍
