Megaworld begins construction of its tallest condo in Visayas at Upper East Bacolod

Property giant Megaworld recently broke ground for the 26-story Kensington Sky Garden inside its 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City. The two-tower development, which will offer 643 “smart home” units, is envisioned to become an iconic landmark once it rises just across Landers Superstore Bacolod.
