Metro Nuvali: Shaping the Future of CALABARZON

Press Release

Southern Luzon has long been a region of opportunity, but the next wave of growth is taking a more defined shape with Metro Nuvali, Ayala Land’s 200-hectare central business district nestled within the 2,500-hectare Nuvali estate in Santa Rosa, Laguna. More than a development, Metro Nuvali is part of a broader vision to redefine how business, lifestyle, and communities intersect in CALABARZON.

The development is organized into three districts, each with its own character and purpose. The Lakeside District is set to become a hub for retail and leisure, anchored by Ayala Malls Nuvali and Seda Hotel, with nearly 50,000 sqm of new retail and dining spaces in the works. Here, residents and visitors alike can expect a balance of shopping, dining, and recreation in a green, pedestrian-friendly environment.

Premier Business Capital in the South—Metro Nuvali Central Park invites you to breathe, connect, and thrive.

At the heart of the project lies the Central District, designed as the commercial core. Modern office towers, co-working spaces, and a three-hectare Central Park are intended to attract companies seeking growth outside Metro Manila, offering employees access to open spaces, greenery, and lifestyle amenities without leaving the business district.

The Civic District anchors Metro Nuvali institutionally, housing the Santa Rosa Civic Complex, Nuvali Parish Church, and future public facilities. Together, these create a civic hub that connects neighboring communities in Laguna, Cavite, and even Tagaytay, blending functionality with accessibility.

Where lakeside leisure meets world-class retail—Ayala Malls Nuvali brings life closer to nature.

Metro Nuvali remains seamlessly connected to the broader Nuvali estate, a thriving community anchored by residential developments from Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida and Amaia. The area is already home to an established mix of lifestyle and commercial destinations—Ayala Malls Solenad, Seda Hotel Nuvali, Healthway QualiMed Santa Rosa, S&R, Landers, Landmark, and a growing roster of office spaces—reinforcing its appeal as a place where people can live, work, and unwind. Anticipation is also building for the upcoming Ayala Malls Nuvali, which is set to further enrich the district’s dynamic urban experience.

Connectivity is a key strength of the project. The Casile–Tagaytay Road provides a new main access point for Metro Nuvali, linking the growing business district to Cavite, Laguna, and Tagaytay. Beyond existing road networks, the forthcoming Carmona–Biñan Link Road is also set to enhance access to major expressways such as SLEX, CALAX, and the future Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway or CTBEX—positioning Metro Nuvali as a regional hub with unmatched mobility potential.

Wide horizons, open possibilities—Nuvali’s green spaces create room for life to flourish.

Yet, as with any ambitious development, the path ahead comes with challenges. Completing infrastructure on time, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding communities, and attracting businesses to relocate or expand will be critical to Metro Nuvali’s success.

For more than 15 years, Nuvali has served as a benchmark for sustainable development in Southern Luzon. Metro Nuvali builds on that legacy, reflecting a vision that balances commerce, community, and nature. In doing so, it signals that CALABARZON is not only growing—it is evolving into a region capable of redefining the South’s urban future.
