Looking ahead, Nara Residences is gearing up for the return of Summer Socials at The Pavilions at Nara, set for April 11 to 13. Adding to the excitement is the opening of Ralph’s Wine that’s slated to add to the growing list of premium retail experiences available at Nara Residences, offering residents a new venue to socialize and indulge in fine wines.

The turnover of Nara Residences’ first phase is well underway, with Nara Lots Phase 1 turnover initiated last July 2024 and One Nara Tower turnover last November 2024. As the turnover process continues, more residents get to experience the signature Rockwell lifestyle.

Over at Rockwell Center Bacolod, the food scene remains a highlight, with an exciting selection of tenants offering delectable options throughout March. Currently there are Vaca Japonesa, 19th Street Coffee, and Pasabor, serving up food and beverages that will satisfy one’s palate.
