Ovialand, Savana South support education through new school facility
Ovialand, together with the Savana South community, formally sealed its commitment to education through a memorandum of agreement signed earlier this week, for the donation of a new school building to Soledad Elementary School in San Pablo City, Laguna.
The partnership underscores Ovialand’s mission of building not just homes, but inclusive communities. The new school facility aims to provide students with a safe and conducive learning environment, helping address the growing need for additional classrooms in the area.
“We believe that supporting education is one of the most meaningful ways we can contribute to the future of our homeowners and their families,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, president and CEO of Ovialand.

The donation is a joint effort between Ovialand and Savana South, highlighting the shared values of collaboration, stewardship, and community development. The MOA signing marks a significant milestone in bringing the project to life, with construction and turnover details to follow.
Savana South is a joint venture between Ovialand and Takara Leben Co. Ltd., a Japan-based firm specializing in condominium, real estate leasing, and real estate distribution.
As Ovialand continues to grow its footprint, it remains committed to initiatives that uplift lives and create lasting impact, ensuring that every development contributes to a stronger, more empowered community.
