Parklinks reinvents city living with greenest estate in Metro Manila

Avatar

Metro Manila’s fast growing C5 corridor is undergoing a green transformation with the rise of Parklinks—a 35-ha masterplanned estate by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Eton Properties Philippines Inc.

Positioned as the metro’s greenest urban development, Parklinks dedicates 50 percent of its land area to open spaces, setting a new benchmark for sustainability in mixed-use estates.

A 50-50 joint venture under ALI Eton Property Development Corp., Parklinks spans Quezon City and Pasig and is strategically located along E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue. It offers seamless connectivity to Ortigas, Bonifacio Global City, and Makati, and is directly accessible to neighboring residential communities and commercial districts.

Parklinks Mall

Commercial activity is set to accelerate with the upcoming opening of the Parklinks Mall.

This retail development, which has a total floor area of 115,000 sqm, will anchor the estate as its lifestyle and community hub. Developed by ALI Eton Property Development Corp. and operated by Ayala Malls, the mall will showcase curated dining, wellness, and lifestyle concepts, with a Central Plaza designed to host community events.

Above the mall, a dedicated office tower will provide modern workspaces for businesses looking to thrive in a more sustainable and accessible setting.

Sustainable estate

Central to the estate’s planning is a network of green zones and active spaces, including a 3-ha Central Park, a riverside Eco Esplanade, and the Green Spine, which links open areas with commercial, residential, and recreational nodes. All of these are supported by jogging paths, bike lanes, and tree-lined walkways that promote wellness, mobility, and urban biodiversity.

Recent infrastructure milestones such as the opening of Dr. Lucio Tan Sr. Avenue and the completion of the Parklinks Bridge have enhanced accessibility within and beyond the estate.

On the residential front, Parklinks is home to thoughtfully designed vertical communities that offer a balance of modern living and access to expansive green spaces. These include Ayala Land Premier’s Parklinks North and South Towers, which are both under development, and Alveo Land’s The Lattice.

To further solidify Parklinks as a complete, future-ready community, the estate will also host the new campus of the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS) by school year 2026–2027.

With Parklinks Mall nearing completion, new residential towers rising, and critical infrastructure in place, Parklinks is shaping up to become Metro Manila’s premier model for a greener, healthier, and more sustainable estate.
